Our Services

We have trained Search Specialists who cater to specific needs of our clients categorized as:

Office Staff - positions range from Accounting Staff, Secretaries, Receptionists, Clerks, Telephone Operators and the like.

Technical - (IT posts fall on this category) Technical Support Engineers, Programmers, Hardware Engineers, Repairs and Maintenance Technicians and the like.

And others:

1)

Messengers/Collectors - we have two types:

a) Motorized Messenger - we provide for motorcylcles and other equipment as agreed.

b) Foot Messengers - these are the messengers who deliver documents thru public transportation.

2) Company/Executive Drivers - multinational companies with expatriate executives are the main users.

3) Retail - we place & manage SALES PERSONNEL who are stationed in showrooms and shops in various malls in Metro Manila. Existing clients are multinational companies carrying leading brands of jeans apparels, shoes and sports gear.

5) Production - we place people for assembly type of operation. Clients are manufacturing companies.

For all the earlier mentioned positions, we render the following specific services:
  1) Payrolling every 15th and end of the month.
  2) Remittance of SSS/Medicare/Pag-Ibig
  3) Computation of Withholding Tax and remittance to BIR
  4) Computation of 13th month pay which is pro-rated.
  5) Monitoring of contract validity.
  6) Constant communication with both clients and temps.
  7) Giving feedback regularly.

 
     
 
SL TEMPS INC. believes in value-added services. As required by specific clients, the following may be part and parcel of the package.
     
 
 *Account Management - each team is composed of Account Manager, Admin/Benefits Assistant, Payroll/Billing Specialist and Field Coordinators
 
 
 *Training - we provide Customer Service Related Training to all employees. We also conduct other trainings as needed depending on the position.
 
 
 *Relievers / On-Call - we supply people for short-term assignments.
 
 
 *Performance Assessment (PA) - we conduct performance assessment and coaching for employees every six months.
 
 
 *Disciplinary Memo - issuance of memo, incident reports based on the agreed company rules, regulations and policies.We then arrange employee pre-termination, replacement and re-orientation.
     
 
 *Updated Manning List - this is presented per Department/Branch
 
 
 *Attendance Report - employees' absences, tardiness and undertime are on hand per Department/Branch.
   
 
 *Overtime Report - extended working hours, pay and allowances are provided per Department/Branch.
   
 
 *Outsourced Employee Information - our database is updated regularly for your reference.
