Our Services

Our Search package, which all our overseas clients enjoy, includes the following:


  1. SEARCH - We do the complete job from sourcing of candidates to screening to writing of reports to shortlisting to assisting clients during their interview in Manila. Schedules are coordinated with selected candidates ensuring their availability during agreed interview dates with clients.

  2. PROCESSING & DOCUMENTATION - We do all the processing work with all the government agencies specifically the POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) and the concerned Embassy for the selected worker's visa. Assisting the selected candidates in the mandatory medical and in securing their passport is part of the service.

  3. TICKET - This is on client's account. We handle the booking and dispatch of the worker. Both the client and the worker are advised about the confirmed flight details.

  4. PROCESSING OF REFERRED CANDIDATES - In cases wherein clients have pre-selected candidates, we extend the administrative and processing and documentation services.


To enable us to process the papers of the selected candidates the following documents required by POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) should be provided by the client.

  1. Special Power of Attorney authentication from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce is required.

  2. Visa Authority Letter authentication from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce is required.

  3. Copy of valid Commercial Registration

  4. Original Visa Receipt

  5. Employment Contract

Note: For smooth processing, VISA availability is a pre-requisite.

On the other hand, the selected candidates have to comply with the following requirements:


  1. Valid Passport  
  2. NBI Clearance  
  3. Authenticated Diploma/Transcript of Records  
  4. Medical Clearance
