Resume Evaluation / Initial Background Check - The bases will be the key results areas, job description and specifications. |

Interview -
Our interview is in-depth. Focus is on the candidate's track record, career - goals, motivation, calue system/management
philosophy, corporate maturity and fitness vis-a-vis client company's existing culture.
Likewise, we probe on the candidate's current compensation package and target and expectations should he or she decide to move out from current employer. |

Shortlisting - We present at least three (3) candidates. |
Writing of SWEAR Summary of Work Experience, Appraisal & Recommendation - Each shortlisted candidate is presented to clients via our SWEAR, not the raw resume usually presented by the client. The SWEAR basically summarizes the candidate's track record, career highlights and achievements and in the latter part, our appraisal and recommendation. |

Client Interview - We arrange the site and date of interview between the client and the shortlisted candidates. |
