Interview -
Our interview is in-depth. Focus is on the candidate's track record, career - goals, motivation, calue system/management
philosophy, corporate maturity and fitness vis-a-vis client company's existing culture.
Likewise, we probe on the candidate's current compensation package and target and expectations should he or she decide to move out from current employer. |

Shortlisting - We present at least three (3) candidates. |
Executive / Proessional Profile Preparation - Each shortlisted candidate will be presented to you via our EXECUTIVE / PROFESSIONAL PROFILE, not the raw resume’ usually submitted by the candidate. The EXECUTIVE / PROFESSIONAL PROFILE basically summarizes the candidate’s track record, career highlights and achievements. It also contains his/her educational background, basic personal information and the details of his/her current compensation package. |

Client Interview - We arrange the site and date of interview between the client and the shortlisted candidates. |
