SL SEARCH CORPORATION was organized in December 1987 by a group of SEARCH practitioners who specialize in overseas placements. The Middle East region is considered as the main market (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait) and expanded coverage to other countries that employ Filipinos.

Since 1987, SL SEARCH has already built a successful and progressive track record. Clientele ranges from banking and financial institutions, IT companies, manufacturing, trading, hotels & restaurants and other service-oriented organizations.

SL SEARCH strongly believes in Industry Analysis as a basic step in providing good consultancy service to clients. Before any engagement is started, a macro scanning of the industry a particular company is in is being performed. It is taken as a responsibility to present to clients relevant information that will help in hiring decision.

SL SEARCH defines its job in a very simple way: Match the RIGHT candidates with the RIGHT companies!! To do this, the evaluation of candidates is focused on their work pattern and track record in their previous employers, career plans, motivation, work attitude, and value system to be matched with the client company’s requirements. The knowledge about the client’s corporate set-up, direction, values and culture will be helpful in determining the most likely Perfect Match.

SL SEARCH provides advice to every applicant on how to make his entry to the country of destination legal. This includes a detailed instruction on how to get a passport. Everyone is briefed on Department of Foreign Affairs’ requirements and processes. Once passport is submitted and visa is available, the applicant being the selected candidate is processed at the concerned Embassy. The Embassy requirements in order for the visa to be stamped on the passport are explained carefully.

Likewise, the client company has to comply with each concerned government agency’s requirements, ensuring that these documents are correct and are in compliance with the government agency’s standard. In this regard, POEA (Philippines Overseas Employment Administration) is the concerned agency.

Dispatching the selected candidate to the country of destination is SL Search Corporation’s responsibility. Services with regard to flight booking, ticket issuance and assistance at the airport are provided. Securing tickets at least cost is a client’s demand. As such, SL Search deals with different travel agencies to ensure cost-effective travel. Access to different airlines becomes automatic.

Pre- departure orientation is provided too. The customs and traditions of the country of destination are discussed. The country’s culture and the do’s and dont’s are highlighted.
